Instructions:

For rabbit on lettuce, finely dice the shallots and mix with the remaining ingredients for the marinade. Chop the herbs and stir into the marinade.

Wash the lettuce and let it drain. Arrange on plates. Wash radishes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place on top of the lettuce.
