Instructions:

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Add peas about 5 minutes before cooking time.

Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Press garlic through a garlic press. Cut bacon into strips and fry in a saucepan. Add spring onions and garlic, stir briefly, mix in whipped cream.

Drain pasta (and peas) and drain in a colander then add to bacon whipped cream sauce form. Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix everything together loosely. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the spaghetti before eating.

Our tip: Use a bacon with a strong flavor – this will give this dish a special touch!
