* Wring out the limes.
* Cut the mint into very fine strips and add to the lime juice form.
* Add the liqueur sugar and the white rum.
* Stir well and place in a shallow dish in the freezer.
* When the amount is frozen, stir with a fork and try to fold in a little air. Repeat this process until the sorbet is nice and firm and creamy. The more sugar and alcohol included, the softer the sorbet will remain.
