Light butter, for greasing

Salt, groats, flour and light butter in the baking bowl form. Germ in lukewarm water melt and add to remaining ingredients form. Then make a smooth dough and let it rise in a warm place with the lid closed for about 1 hour. Peel onions, cut into rings, mix with sour whipped cream and season with salt and pepper. Roll out yeast dough on greased baking sheet, spread onions evenly on it, form sour cream over it and bake in heated oven at 200 °C for 20 min.
