Instructions:

Cut the tomatoes in half horizontally, remove the soft inner flesh and seeds with a spoon and chop.

Crumble the feta cheese, mix with the tomato insides.

Season with pepper and a few basil leaves, fill the tomato halves full.

Grease a gratin dish with a little light butter or possibly butter, place the tomato halves inside and bake in a preheated oven at about 200° Celsius for 10 to 20 minutes.

Additional dish: In addition fits e.g. Baguette or possibly Turkish flat bread or evtl.wiewohl Risotto.

Beverage recommendation: light rose (Italy or France)
