Instructions:

Rinse cooled beef fillet, rub dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean the peppers and cut them into pieces.

Peel and quarter the onions, clean the zucchini and cut into thick slices. Thread all ingredients alternately onto skewers.

For the veal kebabs, rinse the veal fillet, rub dry, cut into pieces and put on skewers with mushroom heads, quartered red onions and pieces of eggplant.

Season the skewers with kitchen herbs of oregano, Provence, peppercorns, coriander and iodized salt. Peel and chop the garlic clove and spread evenly over the top.

Brush the skewers with olive oil and grill them on a broiler or in a grill pan. Cut the baguette or pretzel sticks into slices and grill them as well.

Serve:

Distribute the kebabs evenly on plates and place the baguette on top. Serve with a salad dressed with sugar, iodized salt, balsamic vinegar, pepper, a little cayenne pepper, fresh herbs and olive oil.
