For the carrot soup from the microwave, peel the carrots and grate them on the vegetable grater.
Place in a glass bowl with chicken soup and cook in microwave at 600 watts for about 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Puree with a hand blender and season with salt, pepper and sugar, if desired.
Serve the carrot soup from the microwave with parsley and possibly a little pumpkin seed oil.
