Cheddar Tomato Toast

For the cheddar tomato toast, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the cheddar on the bread and cut the cocktail tomato into four slices.

Cover the cheese toast with the tomato slices and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
