For the Schneegestöber recipe, first whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and then mix with the yogurt and vanilla sugar.
Set aside a few pieces of the raspberries for garnish, mash the remaining raspberries with a fork.
Coarsely crumble meringue and alternate layers of top-yogurt mixture, fruit sauce and meringue crumbs in glasses and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Before serving, decorate the glasses only with the fruit set aside.
Preparation Tip:
If you don't like raspberries, you can of course use other berries for the snow flurry dessert.
