For the ham and cheese lollipops, cut the whole wheat rolls in half, remove the schmolle (the inside) with a spoon and place in a bowl. Cut the ham and Emmental cheese into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes in half and slice them. Now add ham, cheese, tomatoes and parsley to the bread mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture into the hollowed out bread halves and place the halved rolls on a baking tray with the filling facing upwards. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 8 minutes.
