For the zucchini soup, peel the onion, cut into pieces about 1/2 cm and sauté in oil. Pour in wine and 0.6 l water. Stir in KNORR Kaiser Teller Zucchini Cream Soup and bring to a boil. Boil soup for approx. 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Meanwhile, for the chowder, clean pea pods and cut into 1 cm wide pieces. Cut smoked salmon into 1/2 cm wide strips. Halve or quarter olives. Cut basil into short strips.

Towards the end of the cooking time, add pea pods and whipping cream and cook. Stir salmon strips, olives and basil into soup.

Arrange the zucchini soup and serve sprinkled with pepper.
