Instructions:

Peel and rinse carrots and make in about 10 min. Mix minced meat and curd cheese. Sauté diced onion in 10 g butter until translucent. Knead into meat dough together with crushed garlic clove, salt and bell pepper and paprika powder.

Oil small loaf pan, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Put half of the meat dough in it. Spread carrots evenly on top of each other and cover with other half of meat dough. Put remaining butter in flakes and bake in oven at 185-200 °C for about 1 hour. Drain the broth and thicken with whipped cream and mixed flour.

It goes well with Häuptelsalat with tomatoes.
