To make the 3 minute microwave brownie, mix the dry ingredients flour, cocoa and sugar in a large wide cup.
Then add egg, vegetable oil and the milk and mix properly. Now microwave the cup for 3 minutes at 800-900 watts.
Let cool for 10 minutes and either carefully separate out or just spoon out of the cup!
